The S.C.O.P.E. program kicks off the new year with donations made to three wonderful charities for the 1st quarter of 2014...
Since its inception in January of 2013, the S.C.O.P.E. program, was able to help support 13 wonderful charities:
Newton Memorial Fund, Brent's Place, West Fire Dept & West Independent School District, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (Light the Night Walk), Kids Konnected, Kidd's Kids, Moore Public Schools, Special Olympics Colorado, St. Baldrick's Foundation, Denver's Children Home, Tex Cen, & KIND Smiles.
On behalf of Onyx M.D.'s S.C.O.P.E. outreach program, we are so proud to donate to this wonderful charity for the month of November. KIND operates three dental clinics, two in the Denver Metro Area and one in Colorado Springs. In 2012, KIND was able to provide service to 9,364 patients throughout all of our programs. David “Kidd” Kraddick was a radio host and television personality, known as Kidd Kraddick. His nationally-syndicated morning radio show, Kidd Kraddick in the Morning, was based in Irving, Texas, and aired throughout the U.S. Heartache hit all of us at Onyx M.D. when we heard the news of his sudden death, especially our Dallas office where many of our employees grew up listening to Kraddick on air.
Onyx M.D.'s S.C.O.P.E. outreach program has chosen the Moore Public Schools Foundation to receive the monetary donation for June. The money will go to help rebuild Twin Towers and Briarwood Elementary schools ,both of which were demolished during the E5 tornado that ripped through Moore, Oklahoma on May 20, 2013.
Onyx M.D. launches a new website with a variety of new, innovative features that allow viewers to easily connect, share and interact with the company. The site has been re-designed to inform visitors on current healthcare topics, provide the ultimate user-friendly experience, and evoke the company’s strong, youthful culture and personality through social media.
U.S. Physician staffing firm, Onyx M.D., launches S.C.O.P.E., an employee-directed outreach program that supports local charities and promotes community involvement. The program is set to give out a total of 12 monetary donations to 12 different local children’s charities this year. Onyx M.D. employees have an opportunity to submit a charity of their liking for consideration. At the end of each month, the executive team will determine the chosen charity.

The Colorado Hospital Association's Shared Services Division selected Onyx M.D., headquartered in Denver, as their new exclusive physician staffing company. Not only does this decision keep more jobs in the Colorado economy, it helps provide staffing relief to the Colorado health care community during a nationwide acute physician shortage.
