Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring that all healthcare professionals placed on locums or permanent assignments have all Onyx M.D., client and other necessary requirements completed and active prior to the assignment start date.  This professional will be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and providers and state and federal government contacts by regularly communicating with such individuals via phone and/or email to help facilitate the completion of all necessary requirements and related documentation.  This person will be responsible for determining if providers meet the standards/requirements to be placed on client assignments.  This person will have a working knowledge and routine familiarity with resume management/applicant tracking database systems.

Experience

· Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school

· Preferred: Six months to one year related experience and/or training

· Minimum Required: High School diploma

· Proven ability to achieve quotas

· Adept in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
