Client Sales Representative

Job Summary

Secures short and/or long term assignments from both existing clients and prospects through developing relationships in a geographic territory; Develops relationships internally as business depends on team approach; Maintains contact with all clients in the geographic territory to ensure high level of customer satisfaction; Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of various solutions the company offers to solve their business issues; Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.



• Primary contact for initiating new and re-engaging past client accounts for permanent physician services

• Negotiate agreements and pricing with healthcare decision makers

• Execute marketing strategy in a protected territory

• Work with a team to deliver healthcare providers to a community

• Some travel required

• Dedicated ongoing training to ensure that you are the expert on healthcare trends and your role

• Must be sales driven, disciplined and competitive and FUN!

• 2+ years of sales experience with proven track record of results

• Inside sales or staffing experience a PLUS

• Basic computer skills with strong organizational and research skills

• Ability to conceptualize and calculate profit margin

• Must be comfortable speaking with individuals at all levels in an organization



-Preferred: College degree, 2-4 years sales or staffing experience

-Preferred:  Supervisory and/or leadership experience

-Minimum Required: High School diploma and sales/staffing/logistical experience

-Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
