Locum Tenens Internal Medicine Job in North Carolina

Earn Extra Money! Internal Medicine - Shifts Available Outside of Durham, North Carolina

This facility just outside of Durham, NC is looking to have an Internal Medicine physician to cover up to 5 shifts per month ongoing. Family Practitioner will also be considered. This assignment will require adult inpatient and outpatient coverage with no call responsibilities. The physician will see about 60% adults & 40% geriatrics. The acuity is very low because higher acute cases are shipped elsewhere. The shifts will be either 15.5 hours on weekdays, or 12 to 24 hours on weekends, depending. Shifts will vary month-to-month depending on what shifts their staff can cover.
