A geriatric facility in northeastern Illinois is looking to add a physician to cover their facility one day per month ongoing. The physician will be responsible for giving the staff a plan for care, and giving progress notes on the patients. Each patient will already have their own primary physician. No procedures or prescriptions. The patient census is about 25 patients per day. The schedule will be 8am to 5pm, once a month.
