Work Methodology:

We find deeply skilled physicians to meet demanding criteria of unlisted opportunities. We try and retain the highest skilled physicians with solid reputations and impeccable credentials. We go through a deep credentialing process and do background, clinical capability, case work and referral checks. We work closely with the client to make sure the physician is presented to the right position with the appropriate skill set and if there is a decision to accept the candidate, then we are paid a fee. It’s a simple equation.

Merit Based Compensation

There is base pay plus a very generous commission structure. In addition to full health and retirement benefits, compensation is competitive and directly tied to individual performance.
