S.C.O.P.E. Update: Onyx M.D. Donates to Kidd's Kids in Honor of Kidd Kraddick's Untimely Passing

David “Kidd” Kraddick was a radio host and television personality, known as Kidd Kraddick. His nationally-syndicated morning radio show, Kidd Kraddick in the Morning, was based in Irving, Texas, and aired throughout the U.S.

Heartache hit all of us at Onyx M.D. when we heard the news of his sudden death, especially our Dallas office where many of our employees grew up listening to Kraddick on air.

Kidd’s Kids charity was founded to take chronically ill or terminally ill children to Disney World for 5 days. Kraddick founded this organization to bring kids and their families together for a vacation to get away from all the doctors and hospitals and feel like a normal kid.

“He truly enjoyed helping other people and this charity only happens with donations from companies and/or individuals.  I feel like this is a great time to not only show support for Kidd’s Kids, but to also remember Kidd Kraddick, who was nationally syndicated and has been on the air here in the DFW area for almost 20 years” states an Onyx M.D. employee in her request for our July charitable donation.

In honor of Kraddick’s generosity and charitable work, Onyx M.D.’s S.C.O.P.E. outreach program is pleased to donate to Kidd’s Kids for the month of July.

“Kidd will be missed but his charity and giving spirit will live on!,” a post on our Facebook page couldn’t have said it better…
