Account Manager

Job Summary

Successfully identifies and matches qualified candidates with client; Secures short and/or long term jobs from both existing clients and prospects through developing relationships in a geographic territory; Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations; Builds relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Experience

-Preferred: College degree, 2-4 years sales or staffing experience

-Preferred: Supervisory and/or leadership experience

-Preferred: 2 years of Account/Project Management experience

-Minimum Required: High School diploma and sales/staffing/logistical experience

-Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
